Short Foot Exercise for Postural Support of Arch

When the arch of the foot drops it can cause a cascade of biomechanics challenges that contribute to the worsening of a scoliosis.

In many cases a simple exercise for the arch called a “Short Foot” exercise can be helpful in restoring tone to the muscles of the arch of the foot and muscles in the lower leg that make up the “stirrup” of the spiral line.
